I decided to back to school after a 13 year hiatus.Upon returning to college I discovered I would have to retake math classes I know would be a struggle. After working with Rick, my anxiety around math dissolved. Rick helped me fall in love with a subject I previous loathed. Without him I wouldn’t have been able to reach my goal of practicing at the top of my ability. Not only was I able to pass the class, but with Rick’s help 17 students left that class with a solid A. My professor stated, that in 30 years of teaching he had never had a more successful class. I went on to take even more difficult classes and succeeded in all of them until I moved on to my first choice university and graduated at the top of my class. Without Rick I may have dropped out, feeling hopeless about not being able to succeed in something I had always wanted.
